Day 1 (oh boy...)

Okay, so to give you readers an idea of what this is going to be I'm going to have to break down the "characters" in my life.

First there's Tyler. That's me, I'm 21 (October eleventh that is) and I have always been pretty...well not anti-Blog, but I've definately not seen the point of it. But lately, I've come across the notion that if I want to be a writer I need to write everyday. And being that right now I'm all written out for story plots, I should keep up a journal. But see, my handwriting is...well it's horrendous. So, I started this. This blog. I also got some inspiration from my recent birthday present to myself, the novel "My Boring-Ass Life: The Uncomfortably candid Diary of Kevin Smith". I have to agree, it is a rather unsetteling read, but a fun one none the less. That said, I'm starting a blog now. Hello!

Kathleen (Kay): She's my girlfriend and the most wonderful person in the world. I can't imagine anyone else I would want to be with and I have every notion to do nothing by my best for her. I plan on marrying her and even though sex is great, I try to prove to her that we're more. And she believes it, and I believe it, and we love eachother very much. She's also (according to my friends) the female version of me. Just a little nuttier.

Kyle: He's my number one. He's my best friend, my main man, my (as Kevin Smith says about Mews) hetero-life mate. He's the other part of the circle that completes me. He and Kay keep me whole. I basically live out of his house (as you will come to see) and he has a lot of cats. Well not him, his mother.

Joyce: Kyle's mom. She's great. She's wonderful, and in fact, if I didn't already love and appreciate my mother, I'd ask her to be mine. She married rich and for love, to a wonderful guy named Steve.

Steve: Is Kyle's step dad. He has a very, VERY complicated family that I will delve into later. Steve is a sci-fi nut who loves Star Trek so much that he sits around all day converting the music from the show into acoustic 12 string guitar. Yes, I do not lie, he does this for a hobby. He's richer than Scrooge McDuck and Kyle and I have reason to believe he's a robot from the future, being that there is very little he can't accomplish.

Andrew: is Kyle's half brother and one of my many friends. He's also a writer and pretty soon (damn him!) going to be an accomplished one with the tentative publication of his book. I have yet to read it. He's a smart and insightful kid who knows how to get people's emotions going being that he is very fragile (emotionally) as well at times. He's a skater and angry teen on the outside, but I've always seen on the inside more of an urban poet. If he had grown up in Providence that part of him might shine a bit more.

Ryan: My drunken buddy. He's my other best friend, essentially my number two. He has a weird home-life and a stranger college-life. He has a long standing friendship with me that goes back to High School's FFA meetings (which I will also get into later.)

Teddy: is my poodle. He also (throughout this blog) will be referred to as Teddykins, Teddy Bear, Ted, Dumb ass, Dip-Shit, and Numb-Nuts. He is a froofy funny poodle who has yet to discover the basic premise of "don't do that."

That's all I can get out for now, I have to go to work now. I work at a subway in a wal-mart, and DAMN does it suck. But as long as I get paid, I'm relatively happy.

Don't worry, there will be LOTS to talk about when I get back.
